More soldiers

She entered engineering with her phaser drawn. Silence greeted her. All she saw was dead Dominion soldiers. "Hello," she called hesitantly, not sure who would answer. To her left, there came a groan. Spinning around, she saw the lieutenant with the body of a dominion soldier on top of him. The Jem'hadar had a knife hilt sticking out of his chest. She rushed over and checked the lieutenant. He was badly wounded, but still alive. Struggling, she pushed the body off and tapped her comm badge, "Emergency medical transport from engineering. The lieutenant is badly hurt." AS the the blue hum faded away, she began to breath a sigh of relief, but was cut short by the phaser blast that narrowly missed her head. Whirling, she spotted the wounded Jem'hadar on the balcony above her. Seeking cover behind the nearest consul, she returned fire. It took her three shots, but she got him. Adreneline pumping, she began to slowly, carefully check the rest of the room.

The soldier lunged toward the young man and stabbed at his stomach. Then he reversed and slashed by his head hoping that one of the two blows would connect with flesh.

"this should be fun" thought the LT. and while im at it i my just laugh a bit

The soldier laughed a short bark. "Very well," Tossing Lt. Rinabarger a knife. "Prove your worth you Federation scum!"

as he looked at the lone attacker standing there he answered "it will take a little bit more then ur buddys to get rid of me"

One soldier turned at the sound of the door opening and sneered at the engineer "I thought you were dead he cried!"

Lt Rinabarger returning from the carnage in the bridge looked at the attackers and only one thought went thru his mind......."dont u guys ever take a break?"

The hum of the engines were all that was heard in engineering. With Lt. Rinabarger on the bridge only a few crewmembers were at their posts. The sound of another transporter came and four soldiers materialized in engineering and attacked the crewmen.
